What we will not tell you
We will not quote you a headline savings percentage for your members, because any single number would be invented. Member rates vary by property, room type, and date. On some nights the difference is real money; on others it is modest, and sometimes a public rate wins.
What we can say plainly is that the portal costs your members nothing, it is worth checking before they book elsewhere, and it gives you something concrete to point to at renewal time. If a vendor promises your members a guaranteed percentage off every hotel in the world, ask them to put it in writing.

How long does setup take?
About 5 business days from the point we have your logo and confirm the details. We will send you the portal link to review before you announce it to anyone.
What do you need from us?
Your logo in a reasonably high-resolution file, the organization name as you want it displayed, and one contact person. That is genuinely it.
Can we use our own domain name?
Tell us what you have in mind on the form and we will tell you plainly whether it is possible for your setup — rather than promising it here and walking it back later.
Who handles member support?
Booking questions, changes, and cancellations are handled through the booking platform's own support, the same as any other booking. You are not taking on a support burden by offering this.
