Hotels in North Strip
Wynn, Encore, Venetian, Palazzo — the quieter, more refined end of the Strip.
Staying in North Strip
The North Strip runs from The Mirage up past Wynn and Encore to the under-construction Fontainebleau zone. It's the part of the Strip where the energy dials down a notch — fewer mid-tier casino floors, more luxury resort experiences, and the best Italian and steakhouse run in the city (SW Steakhouse, Costa, Sinatra, Carbone, and a half-dozen others within a five-minute walk).
Wynn and Encore set the tone — sister properties from Steve Wynn that pioneered the modern Vegas luxury template (the rooms, the spa programs, the restaurants, the gardens). Across the street, The Venetian and Palazzo run the largest suite-only resort complex on the Strip, with the Grand Canal Shoppes, the Madame Tussauds, and a fraction of the foot-traffic chaos of center Strip.
Member rates on Wynn, Encore, Venetian, and Palazzo trend on the wider side of the spread — these are properties where third-party booking sites tend to mark up most aggressively, and the member-rate gap is correspondingly large.
